    Unsure why they automatically add 20% gratuity even for parties of 2? Weird. Some customers will miss it and tip again!

    This is a welcome oasis in an area with a need for more restaurants. The food is always inventive and surprising in it's variety of flavors and ingredients. The drinks are generous and everyone is friendly and very helpful in making food choices to one's liking. It's a favorite!

    I visited this restaurant because it was the only one in the city that had a reservation available for Cinco De Mayo. This was my first time visit here and will definitely be my last. I came with two other individuals with the expectation of a fun evening to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. When we got there, we were seated immediately. On the way in, they had a live DJ, but the music was so loud that we could not even hear each other at the table. That was the same when we had to place an order with the waiter. We ordered an appetizer, some drinks, and our meals at the same time. The service was horrible! Our appetizer never came out, but the meals did. The frozen drink that was ordered was thawed out, and the tacos were the smallest tacos I have ever seen. For the price of these tacos, you would have thought they would have been bigger. We had to keep asking the waiter where was the appetizer. By the time the appetizer came out, my two guests had finished their meal. All night we have tried to get the attention of our waiter because he never came over to see if we were okay or needed anything. We needed everything because of the horrible service he provide to us. One of my guests ordered a beer, and never received it, but it showed up on the bill. We asked another staff member if we could speak to the manager and she said she would have him come over, but of course he never came even though I saw him standing around on the main floor. To add to the terrible service, the restaurant decided that the bill should automatically include a gratuity charge which was highly undeserved by our waiter. I will never step foot back into this place again and I will also let others know about this horrible time at El Paso Mexican Restaurant.

    Randomly chose this restaurant for lunch, walked in and it was a brunch and show. Quite fun and entertaining. Food is delicious!

    We enjoyed our Valentine’s Day celebration at El Paso, excellent service and the Tacos were delicious. We will definitely go back soon!
