Honestly, don’t really ever write reviews. But this was just a really bad experience. We made a reservation for 6 people, even had to put a card down to hold, we show up, the table is only set for 4 people. They made us stand for 10 minutes, waiting for more chairs, but were then told it was a sold out night and they were seeing what they could do (mind you the place was empty). Finally they bring over chairs and didn’t address what they had told us before. We then had to hussle down a waiter. The order taking was the weirdest thing, the waiter seemed like he wasn’t getting the full orders, asked only half of us how we would like our steak cooked. My boyfriend a minute after the waiter left called him over to change the order, and said it was too late since it was put in. (As someone who has worked in F&B knows within the first 5 minutes, we should be able to change the order) but no problem. The food comes, the food runner yells out skirt steak, so the person takes the plate. Little did we know, it was not the skirt steak but the strip with mole. How was the person suppose to know it wasn’t the skirt when you said it was?? One person didn’t even get his meal till 15 minutes after the other plates came. The waiter was then called over, and we were basically blamed for taking the strip, as we should have known. The person did not like mole, so just asked to take it back. And even apologizing to the waiter (what customer should apologize for staffs mistakes?) the manager came over, brought churros to apologize, but didn’t really fully understand nor care about just the incredible horrible service we had. They still ended up putting the skirt steak on the bill, and added automatic gratuity 20%. We still would have tipped, but 20% that’s insane for the service we received. all in all if you wanna waste your money, then we would suggest coming to this place.  it’s truly so sad how much money we spent, and how horrible it was.
