We we're immediately seated for our ::: reservation. Our server did not arrive until 10-15 minutes after being seated. The food was great and full of flavor. The drinks are always hitting! I noticed different hospitality for different people the last few visits. We've frequented this location since before and after covid. We usually eat in 2-3×/month and the service is not consistent, but the food and drinks are always bussing.

I was a little disappointed with our last visit, not with our food or our server. It was the person at the front desk. It was the manager training and employee and not aware of customers coming in. A server approached me and I told her I needed to check in And I continue to wait. I nicely asked the manager if he could please check me in and he rudely said I had to wait until he was done. Did not appreciate his tone and how he treated me. Never had that before in this restaurant and we patronize here frequently. I think that training is a good thing, but the customer should always be first and not neglected and put to the side and having to wait until you finish your training. That is my personal opinion. I was a trainer for many years and I always told my trainees customers are always first.

La comida deliciosa lo q no me gustó es q la resina d la entrada me habló en inglés aún cuando le hice ver q hablaba en español un poco grosero

Drinks ordered right when we were seated took forever to arrive. One was cancelled and the other showed up with the check after the meal was over. Service was poor as well.

Went with a group of 8 for brunch and to watch the Super Bowl. Food and service was great as always. However, that will be the last time to go to watch any event. They had the music going at the same time as the game which was louder than the TV’s. Had to keep asking them to turn up the volume.

The staff goes above & beyond. When the manager on duty found out this was my first time, she escorted me through the buffet explaining all the stations. My server was sensitive to my needs and came to my table often. The fresh tortillas & ceviche bar were my favorite, but the omelet bar was top notch as well.

As always the food was good, service was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful! We lo ve going there a couple times a month for family events and with friends. and as always we are never dissapointed! I recomend El Toritos to aall family and friends. Miguel A Ruiz

It was a great evening celebrating my sister’s birthday. There were a few hiccups but they were quick to fix. So accommodating and a wonderful evening.
