Very dissatisfying if you’re in the mood for Mexican food. El Torito has just plummeted in the past few years. Quality of the food, orders not being made properly. I would not recommend, or go back there.

We had to wait for silverware well after our food came. Our party was not served together. Some food was finished before some came. Food was cold. Drinks were not filled when needed. Had to send fajita steak back. Fatty and terrible. Replaced it and you couldn’t chew it. The worst experience ever. Everyone had a problem.

My family and I really enjoyed having our Christmas meal at the El Torito in Ontario. We had to make a last minute reservation and they were able to accommodate us. Everything was so much better than we expected.

I made a reservation and was promptly seated. My group chose the Christmas Buffet, which was fantastic. It featured breakfast items, prime rib, a variety of Mexican dishes, an omelet station, a dessert bar, champagne with orange juice, and an abundance of desserts, including a waffle station. Everything was well-coordinated, and our server Daniel provided outstanding service. A perfect option for those that don't want to cook.

Waiting quote long for ordering and food; portions were smaller than identical entrees in other El Torito. The taste was good and presentation good.

Milvia was our server and she was absolutely amazing. Very attentive and always checked in on us. Our mimosas were constantly being filled. Food was delicious.

Every bit of the experience was wonderful. Our server was very attentive and personable. Fully bilingual, which was great because our table was so mixed. I have never liked guacamole and the way it was made fresh right in front of us and seasoned perfectly, it’s the first time I actually ate it. It was absolutely delicious. Looking forward to visiting again!

We waited over an hour from ordering to then go ask our waiter to cancel our food so we could pay the drinks and leave. A larger party who sat down after we already ordered was served before our party of 3 was. We never even got the food, when we said we wanted to cancel our order and pay for drinks, they said it would be out soon - as in it still wasn’t ready.

Came here for a quick bday outing/date on A Happy Sunday for hubby It was little unfortunate that we had to wait 30 minutes till we can order from the regular menu/or wait another 20 minutes on top of that to explore the bar food specials… We proceeded to order the tacos /combo plate in which on a normal day that would be ok however it was his bday :/ and apparently food was not to our expectations :( and decided the bar food was actually better !!! For half the price we just wished we opted for that instead -Totally disappointed We kept asking for water and drinks but also waited a very long time for that as well. We usually go to El Torrito grill” restaurants because of this but took a chance And not doing that again. However they sang Happy Birthday which was nice and we so appreciated that! We like El Torrito vibe just this time it wasn’t
