    I"m giving up on El Torito. The food is passable and it's easy to get a table because, apparently, people have found better options. But the service has gotten worse over the years. They always seem to be short staffed in the kitchen but the wait staff was always attentive. This time, the person who showed to our table introduced us to a waiter who, in Spanish, refused to wait on us. I don't blame him. He had multiple tables going (and he was very attentive to them) but simply couldn't handle anymore. So the overworked hostess(?) took over but she really didn't have time for us either so the dinner showed up at the same time as the salad and appitizers and we were always short on chips and salza. This problem has gotten worse and this loyal El Torito customer is going somewhere else from now on.

    Happy Hour food was disappointing. Regular menu food is good. Servers would disappear often.

    Haven’t been here, for their brunch, in a long time. The brunch was good, but not as good as I remember! Maybe I was trying to be a little nostalgic. Carnitas and pastor were fantastic. Everything else was is what I rated! However, the service was excellent, right from the Host to the server to the cook, who made specialty ordered eggs!! A good selection of fruits and desserts. Was it worth $40? if you drink at least 5 mimosas it is!!! Which I did!! All and all, you have to try it out! It’s a great occasional thing to do!

    Hadn’t been to El Torito for many years, decided to try it again. Very impressed with the menu selection, drinks, food and service — and prices were very reasonable. Enjoyed our time in the restaurant.

    Made reservations to try their buffet on Father’s Day. But when we arrived, they did not have a table for us. The restaurant was packed and buffet lines long. People were waiting outside as well. After waiting 15 minutes for a table we left. It was disappointing.

    We had our reservation for 3 weeks ahead of time. When we arrived 15 minutes early they were behind by 1hour seating reservation. Aside from being under staffed the servers that were working were more than pleasant and tried their best to keep up. Food was good and pricing was average
