   Food was very late and missing a dish. They only explained what happened after I got up from our table and talked to the host. They then said one of our dishes was dropped and they had to make another. The owner came over and apologized, saying that open table had “messed up” and that they were “double booked” and the waitstaff were “going nuts”. It was an interesting explanation since when we got there at 6:45 pm it was very quiet and the restaurant only seemed nicely busy (some still open tables) when we left. Seemed okay for a Saturday night and plus the bar was empty, so not many people waiting around. They comped the very late dish (of course!!!) and our deserts (thank you). We had a nice time anyway but wouldn’t recommend and we won’t be back.

   Unfortunately, it was not a good first time experience. A server delivered my husband's food and placed it in the middle, which seemed odd, because I ordered my own dinner. He did NOT ask me if I had ordered dinner. I waited awhile and noone ever brought my dinner. Waitress was very busy. I had to flag someone else down and he got our waitress finally. She forgot to order my food. She did take full responsibility for her error -- which I totally respect. She ordered it and said there would be no charge for my meal. It took forever to get it. I ate a few bites and took the rest home. I ate some of my husband food and we did have an appetizer. Both were lukewarm. I think they take too many people in and not enough wait staff and cooks to accommodate everyone. Very sad and disappointing. Very pretty inside, but that is all I can say. :(

   Charming atmosphere. Nice range of options for delicious food selections. Attentive staff that was patient with us during our extended lunch catch up between two old friends. Will definitely return.

   The mezze was decent, however the entree I ordered (salmon with potato salad) left a lot to be desired… the salmon was overcooked and lacked flavor. My friend ordered the roasted chicken and could not eat it bc it was so dry. Overall I probably won’t dine here again, the food was not worth the cost.

   I was really looking forward to dining here given the good reviews. But it was cold throughout my meal. Since it was 44 degrees outside, it shouldn't have been cold inside. Service was good but the food (both apps and entrees) arrived just "warm" rather than "hot". Water was refilled constantly but you had to ask to have the dirty plates taken away. Might have been the worst martini I've ever had. I can't say as I'll never give it another try, but it will be a while. They ARE trying and it is a cute place, but not quite up to par.

    We had a great meal. There were 4 of us and we shared a ton of apps; hummus, babaghanoush, carrots, Brussel sprouts, and calamari. The pita is yum. All delicious!  Then we shared a whole branzino which was so yummy. For dessert we shared the rice pudding and baklava. Excellent service. Lovely ambiance. Highly recommend!
