Elastika is a contemporary restaurant anchoring the first floor of the landmark Moore building in the heart of Miami Design District. Led by Executive Chef Joe Anthony, Elastika offers a global approach to modern American cuisine.

Inspired by Miami’s international community and The Moore’s century-long legacy of art, design and culture, Elastika acts as a culinary canvas, where eclectic dishes and soulful cooking come to life in an approachable environment.

    Food was exemplary ordered the risotto the dessert was also delicious and the mock tail with ginger that was made and not on the menu was also very good. Will be going back to try lunch or even brunch the next time.

    Delicious food, beautiful presentation. Loved the bread and butter, gazpacho and steak. Only request to get sharper steak knives.

    Really enjoyed Sunday brunch … the service was very good, food came out fast and was tasty. Good value was not too busy so it was a great place to relax on a Sunday !

    Overall it was a decent experience. Service was very good although we did have an issue with a sesame allergy and the kitchen.

    Overpriced mediocre food. We got the steak for 2 and it came covered in a bernaise sauce. Waiter kept picking up plates that were not finished, and we had to tell him numerous times to leave it on the table. Felt rushed. Drinks were good, but yeah, food was just ok for the price.

    High quality ingredients My highlights were green salad, gnocchi and blood orange crème brute Excellent service For once, 20% tip was totally justified!
