Restaurant is located inside Embassy Suites, slightly hard to find. Food was mediocre at best and the service was just ok. For downtown Denver, I would look elsewhere

So, this would be an ideal restaurant due to its location and valet parking validation, but it is not. We walked in and saw that the restaurant wasn’t very full and thought, “Oh, we shouldn’t have any issues tonight.” We were incorrect. We had a reservation and when we arrived there was a lovely table by the window for us to enjoy. Our server immediately greeted us and asked about drinks. We order our sodas and asked for a kids menu. He brought back the drinks and menu in short order. We quickly ordered since we knew that we had to be out of the restaurant to get to the theater in 90 minutes. I ordered the burger, my husband ordered the trout, and my son ordered the kids cheeseburger. About 40 min after placing our order, I received my burger not prepared the way I ordered it. My husband’s food was also missing a side dish, and my son only received his fruit cup, not the burger. We immediately inquire about his burger and the server says it will be out shortly. Why would only part of the table come out? We sent back my burger so that it could be remade. Another 20 min goes by and finally our burgers come out, but they are still wrong. My son’s didn’t have the cheese on it like we ordered and mine was still made incorrectly. I asked the food runner to bring what was missing and needed to fix so I could just eat what I had at the table. I didn’t understand why the orders could be so wrong. Did the server put them in the system incorrectly or was it the kitchen staff not knowing how to read the tickets? Either way it makes for a terrible night for everyone.

Food was decent. Service was pretty terrible. Took 15 minutes for someone to take our order and we were never checked on until we were well into our dishes.

We arrived a few minutes early for an 11:30 reservation. There were no people there and only 1 person in service. They opened at 11am & this wait person was putting things away. We still had to wait about 10 minutes before they came over. A few people wandered in but until we told her we were in a hurry & order some things that could be prepared quickly, we wouldn’t have gotten service for another 30 minutes. The salads we ordered were just ok.

It was pretty good, inside a hotel though. The food was practice for a pretty moderate quantity. The waitress was great though.

After having a difficult time finding a reservation for 5:30 I finally found this restaurant close to the theater. It’s located in a hotel which normally not a big deal. Unfortunately this restaurant was mediocre at best. Our waiter was fine but he did tend to disappear at times. The ambiance of the restaurant was lackluster. Just a huge room, pretty bland. I ordered a Cosmo martini and it was served in an old fashion glass. That was different. My friend who was feeling a bit under the weather so she ordered a hot toddy. She had to send it back because it was barely lukewarm. I spent $28 for short ribs. Big mistake they too were mediocre. Needless to say we will not be back

This was a very disappointing experience. The service was sooo slow it wasn’t funny. We didn’t receive everything we ordered and as it turned out that was ok because the food had absolutely no taste. I would rather go to McDonalds.
