    I think the service would’ve been better. We weren’t attended to as much and seemed as if the server was in a rush. I totally understand if it’s busy but let us know it might be a while for you to be back so I can make sure I can order more drinks. I love coming here but the service is okay

    First time to Elephante and it was absolutely amazing. Drinks were phenomenal, the food was amazing and it was overall a vibe. The Branzino was my favorite and the garlic butter spinach was great as well.

    Made a reservation, was seated right away. Receptionist was very kind! Corey, our waiter, didn’t seem too happy but nevertheless took our order. Appetizers came out fairly quick. The taste of the calamari wasn’t the best. The drinks were not that great either. We waited close to an hour to receive our main course, can even show times stamps! People seated around us that arrived after us, got their food way earlier than us. All we ordered was a pizza and pasta; nothing to take too long of a time to get done. Full packed parties next to us got their food before us. Had to ask waiter to refill our drinks while we saw him being attentive to other tables. Overall, not worth the price; would not comeback.

    Our reservation was at 7, but we didn’t get seated until close to 8. The manager understood our frustration and gave us a few signature appetizers on the house. Food was amazing.

    The food was great! But we hardly saw our server and the service staff was not mindful of their plates or napkins falling off on customers. I’ve always loved coming to Elephante for the ambiance and food but the service falls short on that.

    I’ve lived in LA my whole life and rarely have I had such a poor dining experience. I made a reservation well in advance for an anniversary and they seated us under a spotlight as close as possible to the bathrooms. When we asked to be moved the hostess said there were no other two tops available. Less than 90 second later the table next to us asked to be moved, and were. Food was overdressed, overpriced, and I could not wait to get out of there. Would not return.
