Tucked on the top floor of the Minot Country Club, Elevation is a casual dining restaurant that serves contemporary American cuisine in charming surroundings next to a scenic view. The dining menu includes steak and seafood specials.
Elevation also boasts a cozy bar where guests can enjoy cocktails, wine and drinks.
Elevation's location makes it a nice spot for enjoying a meal or drink with friends. Brunch is served on Saturday and Sunday, and includes popular breakfast choices like omelets, crepes, French toast and biscuits and gravy. During brunch they offer Bottomless Mimosa's. Elevation also offers offsite catering services.

It was a Girls Day Out! It was our first time there and we had such a good time! Our server, Jada was AMAZING and so sweet and personable! We loved her!! The food came out quick and was absolutely delicious! We can’t wait to come back!!

Food was amazing and the price was great for an upscale meal. Our waitress did a great job but we felt the wait staff was short handed. She seemed to be responsible for half of the dining room and her half had 2 very large groups. I hope they tipped well! The time we waited for our entree seemed a little long. We will definitely dine there again!

With covid going on I cannot believe you had people sitting so close to other customers where elbows almost touched. I asked about, but never really got a reply. Also the food wasn’t that great. I got lettuce wraps and the lettuce was still wet and the rice and chicken were stone cold. I didn’t eat any of that at all. My son got a steak and was very sick the next day. The food was extremely bad except for the russet potatoes which you really can’t go wrong with. Also the scotch egg didn’t have any pork on it that I could find and it may have been because the breadcrumbs were over cooked. One upside to all this was the guy who served us was extremely nice and polite. I feel I just wasted almost 200 bux! I don’t know what has happened because I was there a few years ago and the food was extremely good.

very nice restaurant, drinks were awesome. the only small complaint is that my second drink was stronger than the first. witch made me think it wasn't as good. but if i had it the other way around it would have been perfect, or i would never have known.
