   We loved our lunch at Elia. Everything from the appetizer to the dessert was perfection. Portions were plentiful and presentation beautiful. The view enhances the experience and the staff from the hostess to the server were wonderful.

   Although the restaurant is beautiful the service was poor. Ordering was awkward with no recommendations of any sort, two different servers one of which I think was new and very lost. It took a while to get the attention of the server to get our check, he ran my card and I started to get up to leave (this is after waiting several minutes for someone to even look our way) he says wait the charge hasn't gone through yet, the screen showed it was processing, very embarrassing... Then when it goes through I get your ok to leave (or something like that) and as we get up I get another please sit I ran the wrong customers bill. My card was run for over double the money. We end up having to wait for the manager to bring out the first charge voided (no apology from the manager just the voided receipt) then my card is run for the correct charge. Mind you the original charge is still on my card as those voids can take up to a week to be credited. May or may not be back..
