Elisabetta's is an awesome spot and all kinds of tables, bar seats and magical decorations. Pasta is home made and sauce is very good. Consumer Marine Supply

Our service was okay, have had much better. Our table was not good, but the food was amazing. I love dining at Elizabetta’s better off season.

Overall very festive atmosphere and friendly staff! Started with delicious drinks on the rooftop bar, amazing dinner and then a train ride back to Orlando. Great way to spend the day!

I got seated in the back corner, and while the food was great, being stuck there near the exit really affected the overall experience. It took away from the enjoyment of the meal, which was unfortunate, but it is what it is.

We have been to Elisabetta’s 3 prior times and always loved it. This time was a little frustrating. The food was good, however the time to get our entrees was ridiculous. We had a 6:00 reservation and were seated and received drinks fine. We also put in our appetizer order without a problem. We got sautéed Calamari and Caesar Salad to split. The waiter asked me if they should split the salad for everyone which we agreed but when it came, it was just one dish. Not a big deal. Both were very good. We then put in our entrees, which easily took over an hour to come. It’s a very busy restaurant so I understand some delay but this was ridiculous. Even our waiter came by and couldn’t believe how long it was taking, then stopped coming by for a while. Now, the food was very good but still very frustrating having to wait so long. We then ordered desserts which was just a Cannoli to go and a Budino. This should have been out in 5 minutes but took at least another 25 minutes. Not sure what was going on as I’ve been here before and had no issues. It leaves me very frustrated which is really a shame since I really do love this restaurant but this was unacceptable.

Everything was great. We had to add 2 more guests to our party on Christmas Eve which the hostess was able to accommodate. Would go back.
