Our late seating is a party - with a live set from DJ Maty and an exquisite 5 course meal prepared by Chef Diaz, highlighting beautiful Italian cuisine with a modern flair. We will be featuring top quality luxury ingredients - think white Alba truffles, caviar, King crab, Japanese Wagyu, and handmade pastas. The cozy dining room of Ellina will be transformed into a festive party, with everything you need celebrate the perfect night to end the year. DJ Maty will spin us into the New Year while we pour you complementary Pierre Peters Champagne out of 3L bottles!
