We bring you traditional Brazilian Churrasco from the Southern Pampas. 13 cuts of beef, lamb, pork and chicken, rotisserie roasted over a wood fired grill. The meats are served in tableside service style called “Rodizio” which is controlled by our guests. A specially designed coin is on your table, one side signals that your table is ready for the Rodizio, the other side signals to stop. The Passadores (passers of meat) will carve the skewered cuts of meat you prefer directly onto your plate. You may have as much of any or all of the different cuts of meat you desire, or from the Gourmet Hot & Cold Bar with 30+ items; mashers, rice, pasta, vegetables, salads, cheeses, seafood and traditional Brazilian dishes.
DRESS CODE: Smart Casual
Not Allowed:
• Tank tops for gentlemen, shirts with cutoff sleeves or torn sleeves
• Hats on gentlemen are permissible, but not worn while dining
• Clothing that is overly exposing or inappropriate
Proper attire is subject to management’s discretion.

The Brazilian stroganoff was one of the best things I have ever tasted. Every single cut of meat was seasoned well and cooked to perfection. It was our first time there and we’ll definitely be back.

Disappointed would summarize our experience today. The restraint advertised a special thanksgiving menu in Addison to their normal Brazilian steakhouse variety. The normal mat cuts were excellent, however the thanksgiving selections were poor. After multiple visits to our table with the excellent beef cuts, we had to ask about the turkey. The turkey finally came out and was not very good. The dressing offered at the hot side dishes by the salad bar was also not very good. The desert however, was excellent. Bottom line is this texturing delivers excellent quality on their tradition Brazilian selections but failed miserably on delivering a quality thanksgiving meal.

Great dining experience. The cold and hot bar were varied and tasty. The meat selection is rather large. They have chicken and pork as well and added shrimp spiedini which was delicious. I loved the grilled pineapple, it was refreshing treat during the meal.

Service and food were immaculate. This is one of my favorite places to dine. Well greeted when walking in and servers were very professional. Very interpersonal and accommodating. Worth the price. Do email sign up to get specials. Family friendly.

Great experience! Our waiter was amazing and attentive. My nieces were so excited to get the chance to try so many meats. Cold salads were delicious and the hot sides were very good.

Em Chamas never disappoints! Their selection of meats is amazing, and their sides are always fresh and delicious. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just a night out, I would absolutely recommend adding this to one of your local favorites

Not a good experience. Paid EXTRA for lamb chop special and not a SINGLE lamb chop came by the table. I feel completely ripped-off. $12 extra dollars for two people for a couple of pieces of shrimp. Server was fantastic. She was the only bright spot. Be a while before we come back here; a long while.
