Embers is the newest addition to the Turks and Caicos restaurant scene, bringing a fresh, new approach to dining in Grace Bay. Our menu is unique and modern, combining Asian influence and Mediterranean flair with local ingredients and flavours. And, of course, we’ve got a fantastic selection of handcrafted cocktails, spirits, and boutique wines to complement your meal.

Discover umami-rich plates, pasture-raised proteins, smoke-infused vegetable preparations and innovative desserts. Owner and Executive Chef James Van Dyke, with his extensive culinary background in the United States, Bahamas, and Turks and Caicos, combines his passion and expertise, bringing Embers to life.

    The food wasn’t what I thought for the price listed. Small portions of the entrees for the price it wasn’t worth it. I wouldn’t go back there to dine out.

    Nice open air location. Nicely decorated, good music and good vibe. Food was very good. Maybe a little pricey for portion sizes even in Turks. Drinks crazy expensive. Overall though the food was very good and I would return. It's worth a visit.

    Always a favorite for us. The server was incredible and we tipped her well. The best server on the island. Our entrees were fabulous and the spicy tuna roll was a hit. We will be back next year.
