Embers is the newest addition to the Turks and Caicos restaurant scene, bringing a fresh, new approach to dining in Grace Bay. Our menu is unique and modern, combining Asian influence and Mediterranean flair with local ingredients and flavours. And, of course, we’ve got a fantastic selection of handcrafted cocktails, spirits, and boutique wines to complement your meal.

Discover umami-rich plates, pasture-raised proteins, smoke-infused vegetable preparations and innovative desserts. Owner and Executive Chef James Van Dyke, with his extensive culinary background in the United States, Bahamas, and Turks and Caicos, combines his passion and expertise, bringing Embers to life.

    Food was delicious. My only complaint is that there is not a local catch from the island as a choice. The steaks were awesome as well as the Australian lamb rack.

    Great food, drink and service - the baby back rib appetizer was as good as we have never had. 3 fish dishes did not disappoint - the seafood pasta was also a hit.

    Food is fantastic. Jazz was our server, and she was very attentive. She took very good care of us. Everyone from server, manager, and bus people were very nice. This is our number 1 restaurant on the island

    Our server Markendy was exceptional. His thoughtfulness in wine and food recommendations was above and beyond the usual. The food was subtle in seasoning yet flavourful at the same time. Beetroot salad, Australian rack of lamb and carrot cake. A solid 10

    We dined here with a party of 6 adults. This was our second time here and we were once again impressed by the tasty food, great service and beautiful ambiance. Would definitely recommend dining here when on island. A great addition to the restaurant options here in Provo.
