Embers is the newest addition to the Turks and Caicos restaurant scene, bringing a fresh, new approach to dining in Grace Bay. Our menu is unique and modern, combining Asian influence and Mediterranean flair with local ingredients and flavours. And, of course, we’ve got a fantastic selection of handcrafted cocktails, spirits, and boutique wines to complement your meal.

Discover umami-rich plates, pasture-raised proteins, smoke-infused vegetable preparations and innovative desserts. Owner and Executive Chef James Van Dyke, with his extensive culinary background in the United States, Bahamas, and Turks and Caicos, combines his passion and expertise, bringing Embers to life.

    This was our second time at Embers in 2 weeks and we had another great experience. We were welcomed and sit to our table right away. The service was very efficient and the food very good. There was only one of the plates we ordered - a lamb and beef appetizer- that was burnt and dry, everything else was delicious. We will definitely go back.

    There was confusion upon entering. We couldn’t change our table to a high top that was out of the strong wind??? Drinks did not come quickly and we needed to ask someone to place our order. Silverware was removed after apps and main course was delivered without knives, server did not notice for a while and we needed to get someone’s attention before we could eat. It was annoying considering the prices. The food was fabulous! More attention to customers is needed.

    Lovely looking restaurant with impressive looking menu, but the drinks and entrees fell short for us. Lots of potential.

    We sat at a hightop inside for New Year’s Eve and it was so fun! The food was absolutely amazing. Everything! I loved the cauliflower grilled steak. Highly recommend!

    Everything is phenomenal. We always get the oysters. I had the lobster which was amazing and my husband got the pork chop. Both were awesome! He come multiple times everytime we visit the island. Going back tomorrow.

    It was great! Did did a wonderful job for a party of 8. Food was really good. Staff knew what they were doing. Atmosphere is fun. I prefer Embers over Indigo.

    This was such a good resteraunt to go to. The butcher shop is right next door to Embers so the meat is incredible. The homemade marshmallow was a nice touch too for the chocolate dessert. Would go back.
