Emeril Lagasse’s first French-inspired restaurant concept—Emeril’s Brasserie, will bring the signature Creole flavors he is famous for to classic French-inspired dishes. The restaurant will encompass brunch and dinner dining options and delicious cocktails. Diners can enjoy their meal in a luxurious brasserie-inspired dining room, at the bar, or outdoors on the terrace to take in the sights of the famed French Quarter. The restaurant is accessible from both the casino floor for guests at least 21 and Canal Street for all ages.

SPECIAL NOTE: Guests under the age of 21 are not allow to walk through the casino and must enter at the Canal Street entrance.

Server was very attentive and on her game, but kitchen was woefully behind. Adjoining tables that arrived after us were leaving before our main dish was served. (We were only a table of 2.) Waited one hour for food. Manager apologized, but that was it. Short ribs very good. Mussels had a creative spin on traditional French item. Escargot fairly bland. Salmon was healthy portion, but overcooked. (See above on delay). Would wait to return to see if they can better synchronize their kitchen to dining room.

Delicious food; good service. Beef bourguignon was delicious as was tuna tartare and peanit butter cup. Only complaint was that we had Caesar Rewards points to pay but Emerils devalues the points by 50%. We asked to reverse and the manager complied. So $100 check requires 200 points. Most restaurants are 1:1. So if yoi are using Caesar points ask first!

The gumbo and the pecan bread pudding were outstanding, the beef bourguion was a large portion and also very good.

Service was slow and forgetful. Took an hour to even get drinks. You can say “oh it was because of Super Bowl” but the place was practically empty. Everything took forever and food was cold but quality of food was actually good… just cold. Server was sweet and was trying her best…just seems like everyone needs more training.

We had a wonderful dinner, unfortunately, the service was not good. The manager came over, but it didn’t seem to impact the service. But the food was incredible!!

Avoid this restaurant. The service is terrible. The food is mediocre at best. I went to the other Emeril’s in New Orleans the night before this, and that experience was amazing. Emeril should be embarrassed to have his name on the door of the Brasserie at Caesar’s.

Food was delicious, service was slow, appetizers came out quickly, entrees took over an hour. Place was slow.

Servers were incredible.. Drinks were incredible.. Noise level was a little much.. Food was slow coming out... Overall experience was good but not quite what expected..

We didn’t realize that there were multiple Emeril’s in New Orleans when I made the reservation. When we arrived, we didn’t know if this was going to be as good an experience as the main location. Not disappointed. Every dish was perfect. Perfect temp, seasoning, salt, portion size. Perfect. My 10 year old was eating some of the crawfish creole pasta and she said “it’s spicy but it’s so good I’m going to keep eating it”. Yes sweet girl, good food makes us change.
