Emmitt’s Vegas, founded by Emmitt Smith, is a Modern American Restaurant positioned at the frontage of Fashion Show Las Vegas on the renowned Las Vegas Strip. Inspired by the Pro Football Hall of Famer's passion for exceptional culinary escapades and community connections, Emmitt’s Vegas aims to create a transcendent dining destination where every guest becomes a cherished part of their extended team. Emmitt’s Vegas provides a legendary dining experience that redefines the restaurant, bar, and lounge scene with an unparalleled blend of luxury and gastronomic mastery.

Emmitt’s Vegas menu features a number of different experiences including a raw bar, sushi bar, steak and seafood driven menu and are designed to promote sharing, bringing people together, and creating celebrations. Amazing experience on so many levels! I went to support my hometown hero from Pensacola and expected nothing less than the very best, of course. Yet, my expectations were exceeded! As a solo traveler/diner, I sat at the bar at the suggestion of the lovely Hostess. Chris, the very kind Bartender, took wonderful care of me. I was torn between the steaks and the sea bass and he recommended the sea bass due to its flavors - I was not disappointed! It was delicious as the sushi roll (The "Emmitt Roll") I had as my appetizer! A gentleman next to me at the bar absolutely loved his steak - I will definitely come back for the steaks next! Thank you, Mr. Smith, and your team for a wonderful dining experience and the beautiful hospitality! It was perfect on every level!

Abby our bartender was awesome!!! We had a great meal. Every thing was perfection!! Our second time here was not a disappointment!!!

We were in the area on business. We were initially greeted by a waiter who admitted that he did not know how to operate the reservation system and we needed to wait. Once seated , we were anxious to take a photo in front of the signature Emmitt Smith art piece . Asked several of the workers and they could not tell us who the other player was that featured next to the depiction of Emmitt. Our waiter did not seem to know the menu when we asked questions and kept having to look at the menu or ask to find out. He also recommended a signature drink in which he described the monogrammed ice only to come back and say that it was not available . Dinner was good and we had mentioned that we wanted dessert. The waiter brought dessert to me as the birthday girl but was having trouble understanding that we wanted to order one for my friend and were wiling to pay. It was 15-20 minutes before we got the second dessert after having to involve the manager. The manager was nice and comped the 2nd dessert however our experience was now tainted. They have some growing pains I guess.

Service was amazing. Food was just ok. The seafood food tower was good except for tuna tartare. We also ordered sushi and overall that was pretty good. Nothing amazing but good. We also ordered the Wagyu and it was actually pretty bad. It came out cold and it tasted as if it had freezer burn. We couldn’t even finish it a little disappointed.

We arrived early for our reservation and proceeded to be seated promptly by the hostess. The ambience was good, but the music was just a bit too loud and it was very cold in the dining room. The food and cocktails were excellent. I would give it five stars it had not been for the temperature in the restaurant.

The sushi and the crab cakes are a must try. Everything else was good but the crab cakes were really good.

From the Crockett’s We celebrated our 36th anniversary last night and had a blast. Chris , Chad , Alex did there job and made are night BEAUTIFUL . The food was Awesome the service was amazing Thank you for a wonderful night we will be back customers forever ❤️
