The service was outstanding. We had the pleasure of having Alejandro as our server. He was so fantastic. Professional and cordial. He made great recommendations. Had the porterhouse and it was supreme: tender, tasty and charred top. The service is truly 5 stars. The manager Ridi cares about his customers. Me and my family frequent steakhouses. This by far is somewhere I will continue to visit. Loved it!

Steak was pretty good. Service was excellent. Everything else was just average (no lump crab in the crab cakes, just lower level crab; fried calamari just not right; buffalo mozzarella was ok, not great; etc.), but at top-tier prices. Just not at the same level as other steakhouses in NYC.

Outstanding service. Wish they had cocktails but they still had beer and wine. Was running a bit late. But they comped dessert for me and my family. Will def come again.

We were staying at The Pearl Hotel, so decided to try Empire on Christmas Day and was not disappointed. The food was brilliant and steaks cooked to perfection. The service was excellent and attentive.

To ne clear, i don’t like noisy restaurants. Empire was not. Staff are sooo accommodating. Food was superb. Couldnt spend Christmas with my family anyplace better.

This steakhouse was so wonderful. The atmosphere was fabulous and the server was even better. I can’t explain how good the food was but it’s a 5 star to me. The steak was bigger than I thought and it was very tasty.

We had a wonderful experience! The steak was one the best we ever had, if not the best. We started with the Fried Calamari Appetizer, which was very fresh and succulent. We tried the Prime New York Strip and the Bone-in Ribeye. The outer layer was so crispy, and inside, it was tender and juicy, and the fatty parts in the Ribye almost melted inside our mouths. The food is expensive but really good. The service was excellent, and everyone was very nice to us.
