Erba is an Italian-inspired restaurant that embraces the vibrant spirit of Miami, showcasing a local adaptation rooted in a hospitality-forward mindset. It's Chef Niven Patel's homage to his time in Florence, emphasizing the appreciation of local culture, colors, and energy—a harmonious fusion of the old world meeting the new world. Sourcing fresh, local ingredients lies at the heart and soul of Erba, with a significant portion of our produce coming directly from our own farm, Rancho Patel.

With a strong emphasis on quality ingredients, Erba, a play on "herbs," procures its produce from a variety of local suppliers and prominently features Rancho Patel's unique varieties across its menus. We invite you to join us and experience the wide array of daily homemade pastas, an extensive wine selection, and our genuine hospitality.

Erba was phenomenal, the food was exquisite (we had the Waugh Carpaccio, black truffle ravioli, and Porchetta). The experience is great, the ambience is well curated. Great date night!

Very disappointed with my most recent experience at Erba. They have not updated their online menu to reflect that they have in fact made changes. The whole reason we made a reservation was to have the Malfadine pasta and the original Olive Oil cake. Both are currently not on the menu.

Erba was absolutely stunning restaurant for my date and I to celebrate Valentines Day. The food and cocktails were made with care and quality locally sourced ingredients. Everything was 10/10 at Erba. It was both of our first time and the knowledge of the staff was educational and made the dinning a top notch experience. Recommend this for dates, impressing people, quality food, quality cocktails, ambiance, business meetings, and closing deals. Will go back many times. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Once again Erba doesn’t disappoint! New scallops pastini dish and the prosciutto strawberry appetizer were amazing. As always, sommelier Marco on the spot with the wine… white wine this time! Cheers

The design and decor of this restaurant is absolutely stunning—moody, gorgeous, yet somehow incredibly cozy and inviting. This was my second visit and the food again was outstanding, with a noticeable freshness in every dish. Many ingredients were sourced locally, from farm to table, and the fresh-caught fish of the day was a highlight. Even something as simple as the tomatoes was exceptional—I could have eaten a whole bowl of them. Every bite was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, making for a truly memorable dining experience.
