OpenTable美食編輯： When James Beard-nominated chef James Trees opened Esther’s Kitchen in 2018, he helped put the Arts District on the city’s culinary map. Now in a stylish new space with an open kitchen and whimsical animal wallpaper, the refined Italian spot still turns out the same wood-fired sourdough pizzas and knockout pastas (get the rigatoni carbonara with snap peas) that made it an instant Vegas classic.

Truly excellent Italian meal. Cocktails superior and imaginative. The sourdough bread not to be missed. The Italian chopped salad excellent and big enough to split 4 ways. The pasta was fabulous and the pork chop and beans ethereal. The dining highlight of the Las Vegas trip and did I mention all in for $140 for two of us.

It’s the perfect setting for an unforgettable dining experience. The menu is a true celebration of Italian cuisine, and the chefs' spread is an absolute highlight. The selection of house-made spreads and the amazing sourdough, sets the stage for what’s to come. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared and elegantly plated, showcasing the finest local ingredients with a clear emphasis on authenticity and seasonal flavors. The flavors are bold but balanced, giving you the perfect introduction to the exceptional meal ahead. When it comes to the main courses, Esther’s Kitchen truly shines. The pastas are exceptional—handmade and cooked to perfection. The MARGHERITA PIZZA, for example, is served with a rich, savory sauce that perfectly clings to each slice of pizza. The food is always so delicious! We get something different every time we come in and it never fails to be tasty and prepared flawlessly. We love this place. We love the personal touches in the bathroom, too.

Heard a lot about it and had tried several times to get in. Glad to finally eat there but it didn’t live up to the hype

We have not dined at Esther’s Kitchen since they moved to the new location. We noticed a decline in everything. The food wasn’t as flavorful, service not as goiod and the restaurant can be noisy. We ordered the bread which usually comes out right away and we didn’t get it until after our entrees arrived. And then it was over cooked. We had to flag down the waiter to check on it. He did not charge us for the bread which was good. We used to love Esther’s Kitchen and would dine there every time we were in Las Vegas but was disappointed this time.

As frequent visitors to Las Vegas, Esther’s remains our top choice for dining with its consistent high quality and innovative menu. The newer larger location now also provides seating options for those of us who prefer to eat at the bar! This week we chose the charcuterie board and the lamb, both of which were top quality. Always recommend this place.

Food and service is top tier. The chairs are not comfortable. The acoustics are loud.

I love Esther’s for dinner however I was not impressed for brunch. If you are ordering the breakfast pizza ask to bring out with the rest of the meal. They brought this out about 15 minutes prior to everyone else being served which in my opinion is not ok. Would recommend highly for dinner.

Excellent food, great service, wonderful recommendations, would highly recommend. We went at 5:30 and it wasn’t very noisy as it was not full yet but by 6:15pm it was full and loud. So if you want to quiet dinner go earlier
