The people of the region share many commonalities in their ingredients and cooking methods, as well as distinctions. Elvi-Dimitris Zyba wanted to "illuminate" this unique mosaic in his own way thus, Esthiō was born.

Wonderful restaurant close to the Acropolis Museum, with an original menu, which utilises greek local ingredients very effectively. As for the wine list, it consists of a beautiful selection of labels, originating from small producers all around Greece, in moderate prices.
