   Dined here to celebrate a birthday. Ordered the cauliflower, bread and butter, and two drinks to start. The bread wasn’t very good, but the cauliflower was great as usual. The rose was not great, but my partner enjoyed their cocktail. For our mains, we got the chicken breast, market fish, and filet mignon. The filet and fish were delicious and characteristic of Etch’s dishes, which typically combine flavors and doesn’t skimp on purées and sauces. We were pretty disappointed in the chicken, which was bland and just not very good.

   Food was amazing. Everything we tried. Standouts were the duck confit tart, pork ribeye, etch salad, octopus bruschetta, and Brussels sprouts. Cocktails good too. Drinks/food took awhile to come out, but service otherwise excellent. Highly recommended!!

   The location is perfect for downtown business lunches and the valet parking is perfect. Our server was very good and the food was excellent.

   The food is always excellent and the service. Today we all had salads which were prepared perfectly. The casual yet elevated vibe here, paired with the understated elegance and amazing food makes Etch a standout. Put them on your list, they are worthy.
