                                                        We loved the ambience of this restaurant. It felt very intimate, a hole in the wall type place, with cozy dim lighting and great Italian music. Our server was very personable and attentive and the food was divine. One of the best bolognese I've ever had in Boston (& I order it from every menu that offers)!! We would love to come back here again.

                                                        Terrific restaurant in the North End. Food was delicious, service was very attentive without being overbearing and the dining area was small but well appointed. Definitely a gem.

                                                        Great spot. We sat by the window and ordered bolognese, halibut (special) and the veal. Waiter was attentive and everything was perfect. I will be going back to this spot again!

                                                        Excellent meal, however..... On December 30, four of us (two couples) had a meal at EUNO. The ambiance, service and food were excellent. We commented that we would definitely go back. My friend and I split the bill evenly and each provided a generous tip. A few days later, when looking at our credit card statements, we noticed that we had been charged approximately 20% above the meal cost plus tip. My friend made several calls to the restaurant to look into this discrepancy, even speaking to the owner. Promises were made to look into and resolve this issue. But we never heard back and no credit has been issued to date. Most likely this was just a one-off mistake. But the lack of follow-through by the management has left a sour taste in our mouths. I am happy to provide a follow-up review should the management contact us and resolve this issue.
