Part of the Eureka! Restaurant Group, Eureka! (Redlands) is known for its burgers and new American cuisine. The restaurant has a slightly rustic and contemporary d�cor with light music playing in the background that creates a calm and pleasant atmosphere. It hosts several monthly and weekly events, such as Steal the Glass, televised sports nights, live music by local singers (whenever possible) and others. The menu at Eureka! (Redlands) boasts of a diverse range of breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night items. It is divided into several sections, including starters, salads, burgers, signatures, tacos and desserts. Some of the customer favorites are Napa chicken sandwich, New York steak, pan seared salmon, fried chicken sliders and all day breakfast burrito. Eureka! (Redlands) has a daily happy hour from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. till the closing time. The premises includes a private parking lot and is wheelchair accessible.
