Ever Restaurant Aruba is a freestyle fine dining experience on the Oranjestad marina at the Harbour House Condos. Chef Ever de Peña takes center stage in the open kitchen to showcase his love for culinary arts.

Settle into our dining room with seating for up to 14 guests, and let your appetite take the lead to an 7-course dinner menu. Our set menu focuses on fish, selfish, meat courses, and dessert.

My son and I had dinner at Ever restaurant a few nights ago. The food, the service attention to detail was excellent. Be prepared to be there for three hours, but it is worth it!!

Ever is a must visit! Worth coming all the way to Aruba to enjoy this beautiful meal. It’s all my partner and I can talk about and our favorite part of the trip. Highly recommend!

I was looking forward to seeing the owner/chef, as he used to be at Manchebo, but he was not there that evening, which was quite disappointing. 5 courses, plus small an amuse-bouche and mid-meal palate cleanser for $135 per person, plus $85 for the wine pairing. 4 out of the 5 wines were from the US, 3 from California and 1 from a winery just outside of Rochester, NY!! Unfortunately, none were very exciting by any stretch of the imagination. 2 of the food courses (Shortribs Fagotini and Black Striped Grouper) were served with just a spoon (no fork), which I found not only odd, but difficult to eat with. With so many other wonderful options on the island to eat at, I do not think that I would return.

My favorite Chef’s table on the island of Aruba! Been to many but this is the BEST! Nice ambiance, super awesome Chef and team and most importantly impeccable and delicious food! Just AMAZING!!!! 10 stars!!!!

I don’t even know where to begin! This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! By far the best food I’ve ever eaten! The service and quality was impeccable! When you visit Aruba, make sure you have a reservation here before you go. You will not be disappointed!

I cannot recommend this place enough! Each course was incredible, I did the wine pairing which was perfect as well. My friend had an espresso martini that she loved as well. I could go on for years about how amazing the food and flavors were but at the end of the day the service was the best part... I made a reservation for my friend and I for our birthdays, the first night we showed up and apparently I had forgotten to request vegetarian for her. They couldn't accommodate us that night but made sure we got in before the end of our trip, they also helped us get a table at Lima bistro next door since we couldn't keep our original reservation that night. That was also a fantastic meal, but our experience it ever has never been matched by any other place. It's incredible watching them cook, they all have a fantastic and pleasant demeanor, even the cooks. Feels like you're in a cozy home, with little team of the private chefs. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Ever is a very unique and wonderfully enjoyable experience. It is a very leisurely 7 course meal, with amazing wine pairings that you may select but don’t have to, at which you feel part of the cooking experience. The host and Chef, Ever, explains each dish as it’s presented to each diner, and there are 12 maximum; a better meal you have likely never had. Don’t miss this.

Excellent experience. In my opinion one of the best chef tables on the island and we have been to all of them over the years. Really enjoyed the wine pairings with the dishes created by the chef. Will be back soon.

We love Chef tables and spend alot of time in Aruba. Although the presentation of the dishes was magnificent, after spending $350 we dont like going home hungry which was our outcome (and we're not necessarily big eaters). The venue is beautiful and intimate, the service top notch (until the waiter forgot to give us forks when a dish was served), however there was only 1 meat based dish, short ribs, again presented beautifully but dry in taste. Unfortunately I would recoommend Royale and Infini as higher Chef table choices.
