The service was very good they went above and beyond with the service , explained everything on the menu,plus they try and keep the produce from as close to the UK as possible. The food was lovely , the small plates we started with were cod cheeks, celeriac croquettes, sardines,, I loved the first two, wasn't too sure about the sardines but my husband preferred those to the cod cheeks so both balanced out .the mains we had were red mullet and sea bream the red mullet in crab sauce was absolutely delicious ...the cocktails were strong, the wine was good we had malbec despite not being from South America...
I tried the hay and pistachio ice cream, which was nice but because you can really taste the hay after a while it became overpowering .we spent a lovely evening there . The staff were attentive but not hovering a good balance .thank you faber
