I feel so scammed by the positive reviews. I ordered the penne with red sauce, smoked mozzarella, eggplant, and added shrimp. Before ordering, I asked the server how the eggplant was prepared, and her response was, “Um, I think baked?” Not exactly reassuring. When my dish arrived, it was just penne with red sauce and shrimp—no eggplant, no smoked mozzarella. I asked about the missing ingredients, and the server checked with the kitchen, only to inform me they had mistakenly added them to someone else’s dish. She awkwardly asked if I wanted the missing items brought out separately, to which I replied, “Yes?” Moments later, she returned with a small plate of diced eggplant—no mozzarella in sight. The service was disorganized, but the food itself was even more disappointing. The ingredients tasted like something straight out of a bargain grocery store, far below the quality you’d expect at this price point. This place clearly banks on the nearby theater crowd rather than delivering authentic, high-quality Italian cuisine. If you’re looking for great Italian food and decent service, steer clear of this restaurant.

The food was delicious! Service was great. We went after our Pantages play for an early dinner. All our dishes were amazing!

We had a fantastic birthday dinner, party of 8, and the patio was perfect! The ambiance, the food and the wine was also perfect! One of the owners waited on us personally, and as always was extremely friendly and accommodating. We always enjoy our time at Fabiolus Cucina!

Great food and service. I was a bit reluctant to sit in outdoor seating area. However, it was very comfortable and quiet. It was also a great value and I would absolutely go back again.

Food was the best. Definitely the place to go before a show at the Palladium! Parking was clutch, but the food was even better.

Great pre theatre meal. Salad and pasta. We were able to park there for free and walk to the show.

Delicious food and attentive wait staff, plus dinner was quickly served as we had theatre tickets. We appreciated the discount and as well the free theatre parking. The experience was delightful and a great value for theatregoers such as us!

We were at the restaurant on a Saturday night after the matinee show at the Pantages Theater. I've been to Fabiolus Cucina many times and we always had a wonderful experience. This time there was no difference, good food, good ambiance, and great service. My friend and I shared a Cesar Salad, I ordered the chef's special Linguine with sautéed shrimp in a lemon sauce, it was very good. My friend ordered the Penne with Mozzarella and Eggplant, and she added shrimp to the dish, and it was also very good. Our server, Daniella was very attentive, very friendly, and professional, thank you. We try to go to Fabiolus Cucina when in Hollywood or after attending a show at the Pantage, because the restaurant is within walking distance. I recommend Fabiolus Cucina for any occasion, next time I go I'll try a different dish.
