Fabrik is the intersect of fine dining and mom & pop restaurant hosted in an intimate micro restaurant space. We offer a 5 and 7-Course tasting at 6pm, and a 7-Course tasting at 8:30pm Wed-Sun. Fabrik's current menu focuses on Japanese, Nordic, and Italian flavor profiles. Fabrik is 100% independently owned and operated.

Led by Executive Chef-Owner Je Wallerstein, Fabrik is Austin’s first 100-percent plant-based tasting restaurant featuring curated menus that highlight the seasonality and diversity of plant-based cuisine in an upscale, sophisticated setting. With sustainability as a priority in our approach, we source produce and ingredients from local growers and provisioners wherever possible. We offer an eclectic selection of vegan, biodynamic and organic wines, including an optional wine pairing. Fabrik also offers saké as well as a range of non-alcoholic options.

Pricing: The Winter tasting is $95 per person with an optional wine pairing for $65. Join us in our micro restaurant space for a 7-course Winter tasting experience, highlighting local provisions and seasonal produce. Our menu is 100% plant-based, low impact, and sustainability-focused. This menu draws upon traditional Japanese, Nordic, and Italian flavor profiles.

Amazing to look at and to taste! Each dish is a work of art that I feel guilty destroying. But the flavors are incredible, so I quickly get over it. Always an intimate and enjoyable experience.

My expectations were high and the winter tasting menu exceeded my wildest dreams. Only regret was that this was my first time to visit. I will definitely be back. Seriously Fabrik is the best restaurant in Austin for vegans and non-vegans, too. The service is unmatched and the chefs are the most inspiring culinary magicians ever. Just wow...

My daughter had given us a holiday gift certificate at this restaurant as she knows us into plant based food. So we were excited about this, and we will definitely go back to try the different seasonal tasting menu. Every dish was made beautifully and every bite was so delicious! We were full at the end. We enjoyed it!!! It was our anniversary and we were given two complimentary glasses for the toast and a signed menu from the chef. Much appreciated!!!

Fabrik was incredible. It’s a perfect spot for a special occasion, we went to celebrate our anniversary. The food was exquisite and the service was attentive, informed, but not overpowering. Every dish was a delight and there was more than enough food. The ambience is calm and comforting and the space is so well sound baffled that we could have a conversation at normal levels even with other guests nearby and music playing. Thank you to Mary and Mariah, you made our evening all the more special.

Delicious! If I could eat like this everyday, I’d have no problem being vegan. The ladies at the front of house were so knowledgeable and personable. And, it was awesome being able to greet the Chef on our way in/out. Definitely plan on coming back as the menu changes seasonally.
