Convention Center. It is a three-level roofed parkade with 415 parking spaces:Self-parking: $13 CAD/hour, $50 CAD/per day Valet service: $50 CAD/per day. Complimentary self-parking included with all lunch & brunch reservations
Public transit
There is a bus service run by the town which runs approximately every 40 minutes into Banff. Fare is $2.00 per person. The bus operates daily from 6:35 a.m. until 11:15 p.m. The bus stop is located directly outside the front of the hotel on Spray Ave.

The food selection was impressive, and I look forward to returning in the future. Additionally, the service staff were exceptional, making the experience even more enjoyable.

For a Christmas event we made good memories but we would rather have been in the usual brunch location as way better ambience. The food was a little cool and there was not as much variety as usual i(especially what we remover of the desserts).

We have been going to this for the past 10 years and this year was by far the most disappointing. The selection and overall quality of the buffet was not good. The dessert selection which is usually the most stunning and well designed part of the buffet was disappointing to say the least (the only fruit available for the chocolate fountain was strawberries which were sickly looking) and table unkept and terribly messy. There also was not a manned coat check which is just not acceptable for a hotel event of this stature. Cutting corners is not part of the fairmont brand.

Overpriced buffet, honestly it was disappointing, not worth the nearly $600.00 we paid for 4 people. Been to several in Calgary that are the same quality, selection, and a lot less $$. Service was great and very kind and attentive staff. Hotel and scenery is beautiful. Sorry I just left feeling disappointed.

Disappointing experience for my family and I at the Sunday Brunch on Christmas Day. We were extremely excited to spend a quiet afternoon at Banff Springs hotel for a special occasion. We chose an afternoon reservation for brunch. Here are a few of those disappointing experiences. 1. Although there were plenty of tables free and available for the entire time (2:00 pm, last seating for the brunch), we were offered the smallest table that could hardly fit 2 people. We were party of 4. 2. Serving sets such as cutleries, napkins, glasses were missing and there were never fully provided. 3. No water was offered and there was no room for extra glasses. 4. All roasting stations food were cold and dry. 5. Pastas were old and dry. 6. The food in kids friendly buffet was so stale and cold. My children didn’t have any food even the fries and pizzas were not eatable. 7. We found mold on a few items including blueberries and blackberries (unacceptable, really) 8. Some desserts (including tiramisu) were old and the ingredients were separating to watery substance, as if they were sitting outside for a long time. 9. Our bill didn’t provide any details, just the amount from the machine. 10. Some seafood, including crab legs seemed and tasted as if they were sitting outside (Although on ice) but nevertheless outside all day. We understand that our reservation was for the last seating of the day but we never expected stale and old food being served at the last seating. Overall we had a terrible and disappointing afternoon. We had to go to a fast food to get some late lunch for children.
