Enjoy an island-style ‘ohana (family) Christmas dinner. This unique holiday buffet includes carving stations with prime rib and pork loin, locally caught fish, garlic shrimp, sushi, Hawaiian poke and indulgent desserts. Enjoy live entertainment celebrating the cultures of Hawaiʻi and Polynesia, with holiday refreshments for adults and keiki. Adults: $299 | Ages 6-12: $69 | Keiki 2-5: $35 (pre-payment required at the time of booking). Price includes bar brand beverages, tax and gratuity. This purchase is fully refundable up to 48 hours prior to the event. Any cancellations within 48 hours will incur a $50/person fee.

I really enjoyed this experience! Ko is one of my favorite restaurants and the food by the chefs at this event was all amazing!!! Every dish was delicious and so flavorful and I loved trying the different dishes. I hope they do it again soon! Mahalo!

It was the worst Christmas buffet in history. Worth $35. Charged $299. Each No really nice food No pig No big fish No really delicious anything One roasted rib roast Cold lamb chops very raw and cold Same food as breakfast buffet they charge $30 for. Please stay away from this resturant buffet. $299 that my mistake. But I have lived here 35 years and. Makena served the finest buffet but it closed. They charge about $50 It would seem a $299 buffets would top Makena but were we all shocked!!!!!

Would not recommend this Christmas special event to anyone. The food was sub grade, the atmosphere was loud and for the price of $300 USD per head as well as it is at a Fairmont establishment, I would have expected a lot more. We had a reservation at 6:30 and after an hour they told us they were closing up the food area which was incredibly disappointing. Only good part of this evening was our server as she did a great job looking after us.

A absolutely 5-Star experience. Extremely well coordinated with emphasis on two fronts, wine and gourmet foods. Four wine paired courses. Each course was presented by Mauis finest chefs who have graduated from the Maui Culinary Institute. The journey of each paired wine was shared while tasting the exquisite food preparations.

The outside seating at sunset with an ocean breeze was the perfect setting for our dinner. The food was incredibly prepared and the wine pairings were spot on.

This was a Christmas dinner buffet, so I guess we shouldn’t have been surprised that it was chaotic. But in addition, the food presentation at buffet tables was messy and ambiance was something like a school dining hall.

For the high price per person, we expected more. A single table placed between extended parties of strangers on either side was awkward & uncomfortable! The proximity of these unknown guests - occupying the same bench seating - was intrusive. In addition, entrees were cold and any substantive food was lost in garnishes & bland sauces.
