Using locally sourced ingredients whenever available. The dining room is decorated with a collection of Slim Aaron's photographs that celebrate "attractive people doing attractive things in attractive places". The place is simple but cute. The food was good and the portions very large. I think the price of most dishes for the type of food and complexity of the dish were very much out of proportion.

The location is excellent but a little too noisy for conversation. The food is good but way too expensive, but it is Vail.

Great place. Konstantin did an amazing job as our server. Burger was delicious. Lamb gyro was great. Fresh oysters super delicious. The salads were tasty. Would definitely come back.
