Booking not found - open table booking was not sent to restaurant and hence no booking. Very disappointing as had to go elsewhere as they were full. this has been noted by other users so Open Table need to fix this asap or remove this pub from their booking system

There was no booking for my party and several others. Blamed it on a computer malfunction. Lady in charge was very polite, but had her hands tied my GM, who of course was not there. I thought the least they could do was offer a free round of drinks, but no. Very bad customer service, won’t be going back.

Do not book here via Open Table, they do not get the bookings on their system. We turned up and they had no idea about our reservation.

Booking was not fulfilled. Refused entry at door due to pub policy to accept football fans with membership proof only on Arsenal match days. This should be made very clear on any booking or alternatively booking suspended for such days. Very poor organisation and very inconvenient for the customer. Please resolve
