Famous Dave's is in Stapleton, and has a reputation for its award-winning BBQ. It is also popular because of the quality of the ingredients with almost all dishes being made from scratch. Though the menu at Famous Dave's in Stapleton does emphasize the tasty BBQ options, it is not limited just to the famous ribs. There are chicken and pork selections in addition to alternatives like soups, salads, burgers, sandwiches, appetizers and an array of build your own feasts and combo plates. Kids enjoy a menu of their own and the homemade dessert selections are also one of the reasons for the ongoing success of Famous Dave's in Stapleton.

    Not impressed at all. We used to LOVE Famous Dave’s. But something has changed. Not sure exactly what but the food quality is way down, the service wasn’t great. Silverware was dirty as well.

    When we arrived & said we had booked with Open Table, we were told they don’t use open table. The restaurant was not busy so we were seated. The staff was very nice & service was quick & friendly. The food was mediocre. The Texas brisket was ok at best, but not as good as expected. We had eaten here several years prior while on vacation & we remembered it being much better. We probably will not eat there again.

    They don't honor reservations from here. So I put my name on their paper list. And they never even called. Guess they don't like business

    I was able to make an open table reservation but when we showed up for dine in we were told they are only offering take out.
