Famous Dave's is in Lincoln, and has a reputation for its award-winning BBQ. It is also popular because of the quality of the ingredients with almost all dishes being made from scratch. Though the menu at Famous Dave's in Lincoln does emphasize the tasty BBQ options, it is not limited just to the famous ribs.     I am sorry for this review. Being from Kansas City and having to choke this down was horrible. The brisket was tough, burnt ends were dry, the 3 St Louis ribs were meatless, also the Cheese curds had no cheese in them.. There were good things though, reservation service, fantastic service, tea, jalapeño sausage, sauces, and the corn muffin. Drive thru BBQ at higher end prices. Never again.

    All the meat entrees were great. However, we all had the red skinned mashed potatoes and didn’t think the taste was as good as it usually us.

    Open table doesnt work at famous Dave's so we had to sit and wait for 40 minutes when we thought we had reservations. Awful app....

    If you know that Father's day is going to be busy get more staff in there. Even after the long wait for the table we waited a very long time for food to be done. The food itself was very good. Waitress and bar staff were excellent.

    Our server was excellent and she attended to our group of 10 very well. Food was served hot and the one error made on an order was quickly and graciously corrected. Very nice experience!
