New Years Eve...9:15pm Rez.... 45 mins to be seated..there was a line at the door... 30 mins for our entrees...the servers were moving from table to table with speed...literally.. Was not offered a drinks list...we didn't mind that... I'm going to chalk it down to a "new Years Eve" back-up..maybe they overbooked..maybe customers stayed longer at their tables... The food was really good.... My husband and I plan on a 2nd visit on a calmer night....

Food here is hit and miss you do end up waiting a very very long time for it each phase is slow And painful. I eat out a lot and I eat at local five star so usually used to a slower pace but this is mind numbing Completely understaffed servers taking 5-6-8 tables at once no manager touching tables seemed to have more managers than servers Server was very nice and friendly but so incredibly weeded by too many tables at once no one last night was having a good time trust me we all talked about it

So happy to be in Farradays having their always juicy, flavorful, perfectly grilled pork chops. Highly recommend. Nice holiday feeling with Dominque presiding and Tom serving. With our chops we had tasty mashed potatoes and spinach. Going back tonight for the chicken which is also a winner.

The food was delicious but the service and timing created unpleasantness. First the bartender was nothing short of rude. When asked for ice the reply from Jack the bartender was your water is as cold as it’s going to get. And that was the nicest thing he said. The time it took for our food was beyond excessive. Although we were a party of eight two folks had salads as their entrees and they were forgotten. By the time they were served as well as the pasta dish the other five diners had nearly finished. We had such a protracted wait for our meals we didn’t want anyone to wait for the remaining meals to be served as everyone was very hungry. The restaurant was no where near full so no idea what the problem was with the kitchen. Our server had a great attitude, was very accommodating and tried his best but we did ultimately have to get our own water refills, send back drinks that were incorrect and otherwise ask for fixes. The Manager was receptive to feedback but offered no solutions or recourse. In fact we heard more about the woes of running the place. If you’re easy going and can take these things in stride being satisfied with good food you’ll be fine.

Another great evening at Farraddays. Hostess Coralie is so sweet, Manager Dominique is always checking to see if everyone is satisfied with their dinner, and Marco was our wonderful server!
