Reservations are open for dinner only, lunch is walk ins only.

What’s in the name you ask? We don’t really know, other than the fact that it has a good ring to it.

Nothing really about this place makes much sense. Are we a butcher shop or a restaurant? Are we a butcher shop inside of a restaurant? Or a restaurant inside of a butcher shop?

In our spare time we like to build fires and cook food over wood, you can hire us to do that. We make all of our own charcuterie in house, and we’re determined to get better at that everyday.

How do two concepts operate together in harmony? We don’t really know yet, but we will work at it ‘til it’s seamless. One thing we do know, all of the meat served and sold between these four walls is strictly derived from whole animals butchered in-house, sourced from happy places.

    Small dinning area, service was mediocre at best. Rushed us out near the end while trying to finish’s our coffee and desert. Coffee was served first before desert even came. No raw sugar in an upscale restaurant is a shame. Also no espresso only drip coffee.

    Absolutely wonderful time at the Fat Rabbit! It was a joy to see the care and artistry with which the chefs handled their ingredients. A place for anyone who appreciates farm to table dining experience.

    Excited to try the experience. Our server was excellent. Expected high cost, meat by the pound. Our steak cost $160, plus sides. Asked for take away, they removed the bone and the attached leftover meat, which we paid for when weighed. Noise level was extreme, music far too loud. Value not there to consider returning, major disappointment.

    Just get it. It is perfect, no matter what it is. The server is not shy about making recommendations, which is a sign of a well-trained staff. If it si on the menu, it is very very good.

    Just outstanding. Little details, great service. Great vibe. Food was spectacular. All the little treats add up quickly though, but I definitely left full.

    Great service, amazing food. Price point is a bit higher but in terms of value, I’ve paid more at various restaurants in the region and this was by far one of the best dining experiences I’ve had.

    An uplifting dining experience. Excellent food. Six of us enjoyed a spicy crab dip with sourdough bread from Pearl Morisette. We all had fabulous burgers. Best burgers ever!

    The food was great but the service was very subpar. Some of the worst service I’ve had in a long time and it was a small restaurant with clear eye sight to all guests at all times.
