As a regular patron of Father's Office on Flinders Lane, I was extremely disappointed with the service this evening. We waited for 30 minutes without anyone approaching our table, only to discover they had switched to a QR code ordering system.
Our group of four ordered meals, and while two dishes arrived promptly within 15 minutes, the other two were significantly delayed. Despite following up multiple times, the remaining meals only arrived 55 minutes later, after I expressed my frustration. It was revealed that our meals had been mistakenly served to another table.
The service staff showed little to no customer service skills, lacked initiative, and offered no apology for the delay, which was particularly disappointing. This experience has left me reluctant to return anytime soon.
