Fatto a Mano serves authentic Neapolitan pizza, sides and more. We use fresh ingredients in a warm, friendly environment. Our dough is made fresh daily and proved slowly, meaning we’re able to use minimal quantities of yeast and our pizzas are light. Our commitment is to quality, we use carefully selected Italian and local British ingredients from a handful of small, independent suppliers to top our pizzas.

We use independent producers as long term partners, including Fior Di Latte Mozzarella sourced from Caserta, and wines imported directly from private Italian growers. The pizzeria menu features classics such as margherita, salsiccia e friarielli, and diavola, whilst also featuring modern additions including lasagna pizza, homemade arancini, our own vegan ‘nduja pizza and scugnizielli dessert.

Our Neapolitan pizzeria is in the middle of Covent Garden’s buzzy theatre-district. We’re a few doors down from the English National Opera, with a view of Trafalgar Square on our doorstep.

PIZZA

Naples is the birthplace of pizza… Soft and pillowy, rather than thin and crispy or a pizza pie. Our dough is made by us every day, proved for a minimum of 24 hours, then topped by our pizzaioli who cook every pizza in our ovens at 450+ degrees. Buon appetito!

Pizza super bonnes. Nous recommandons à 100%. Petit soucis de commande qui a été rétablie très vite avec un très beau geste commercial de leur part.

This was a second visit in Fatto a Mano in Covent Garden. First time it took 40 minutes to get pizza. This time they sat us down upstairs where was extremely loud, people were shouting to each other and overall ambience hasn't been pleasant. Considering there were empty tables downstairs it didn't seem necessary to crowd people upstairs. It took them 15 minutes to approach the table, after multiple attempts to make eye contact with staff. When they eventually approached, the long wait has not been acknowledged, the woman asked with a rude manner what do we want to order. At which point we decided to leave. Overcrowded, very loud, bad previous experience, and attitude of staff made it unenjoyable experience.

Lovely meal, helpful staff. We found the main course pizza’s were slow but the waiting staff noticed before we had to ask. Definitely will eat here again

A great find! Excellent pizza. One guest was gluten free and dairy free, and they thought the pizza choice was superb. (A little extra vegan mozzarella on the vegan pizza would have been a plus). We look forward to our return!!
