We have been to Italy and studied it's masters. We have tasted (a lot) of wine. We have searched for the best ingredients, and learned and perfected the best recipes. Why wouldn't we be the best Italian experience in the Vail Valley!
The idea of growing fresh fruits and vegetables in the Rocky Mountains might seem crazy to some, but for us it is just another step in perfecting our craft. Our Chefs and Gardeners labor tirelessly to bring you the best produce and ingredients available seasonally
We try each day to live and work with a purpose. Each step of your evening has been pondered. We try hard to bring you the food you crave and anticipate your every need while you are dining with us. From the stuzzichino when you step in our door to the parting sips of limoncello.

Excellent service and food. We always enjoy our time here and the food is always excellent. It is not a “deal” but appropriately priced for the quality. Would recommend in a heartbeat. The best rigatoni or duck ravioli is delicious

Had a great meal on Saturday evening. Service was attentive but we had our space. All three starters/entrees were amazing as was the clementine syrup soaked cake for dessert. Great place in the valley!

Four of us had different entrees :Rabbit Torteilini ,Bronzini, Lasagna and Seafood ,raivolini (mildly spicy) all were excellent. The waiter was efficient but seemed abrupt. I will definitely go back

We totally look forward to enjoying a meal or two at Fattoria's during our yearly visit to Avon, Colorado - last evening's meal did not disappoint! Our server Joshua provided excellent service and conversation while making our dining experience memorable! I tried the zuppa for the first time and it's definitely a "do again" - the filets are amazing and usually our "go to" crave! Try this place, you'll love it!

From the moment we walked in the door, greeted by a true Colorado native, in shorts and flip flops in 6 degree weather and snow 😉, (with owner vibes 😉) we felt as if we were walking into a family home for dinner. We were seated right away (with reservations of course) and each staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The food, oh my goodness, the food was so delicious and fresh! Our server was very knowledgeable about each item on the menu and made terrific recommendations! We are so glad we chose to have dinner at Fattoria for our first night in Colorado! It was an amazing way to start our trip!!
