We have been to Italy and studied it's masters. We have tasted (a lot) of wine. We have searched for the best ingredients, and learned and perfected the best recipes. Why wouldn't we be the best Italian experience in the Vail Valley!
The idea of growing fresh fruits and vegetables in the Rocky Mountains might seem crazy to some, but for us it is just another step in perfecting our craft. Our Chefs and Gardeners labor tirelessly to bring you the best produce and ingredients available seasonally
We try each day to live and work with a purpose. Each step of your evening has been pondered. We try hard to bring you the food you crave and anticipate your every need while you are dining with us. From the stuzzichino when you step in our door to the parting sips of limoncello.

Best Italian food since we moved to Colorado 8 years ago. Steve and Josh were amazing! We only get to Vail/Avon a couple times a year and Steve always remembers us. Well worth the price, everything we've had here has been wonderful.

We love this place but the smoking great 25 percent off deal in vail daily persuaded our group to choose fattoria. Because our waiter JOSH was so amazing it was nice to give it back to him. Papperdelle and lasagna are great but really every dish is tasty.

Quality food, great service, it is very pricey Italian, however. Nonetheless will for sure be back.

The staff went out of their way to make our anniversary special. Food and wine were outstanding. Had the polenta and mushroom ragu and fresh pasta bolognese and the lasagna with a super Tuscan. We would order each again but the whole menu sounded delicious.

The food, service and ambiance at Fattoria was all top notch. We had the sorbetta salad, lasagna and chicken cacciatore. Everything was delicious!

This restaurant group never disappoints us - we come every time we visit! I love the new take away meals too - so perfect for families that don’t want to take their kids out to eat.

Excellent service and food. We always enjoy our time here and the food is always excellent. It is not a “deal” but appropriately priced for the quality. Would recommend in a heartbeat. The best rigatoni or duck ravioli is delicious

Had a great meal on Saturday evening. Service was attentive but we had our space. All three starters/entrees were amazing as was the clementine syrup soaked cake for dessert. Great place in the valley!
