We have been to Italy and studied it's masters. We have tasted (a lot) of wine. We have searched for the best ingredients, and learned and perfected the best recipes. Why wouldn't we be the best Italian experience in the Vail Valley!
The idea of growing fresh fruits and vegetables in the Rocky Mountains might seem crazy to some, but for us it is just another step in perfecting our craft. Our Chefs and Gardeners labor tirelessly to bring you the best produce and ingredients available seasonally
We try each day to live and work with a purpose. Each step of your evening has been pondered. We try hard to bring you the food you crave and anticipate your every need while you are dining with us. From the stuzzichino when you step in our door to the parting sips of limoncello.

Josh was fantastic. So was the food. The burrata is a must. Same with the beet rigatoni. Super delicious.

My husband and I are from Houston, TX, which has a huge array of restaurant options. We’re picky about our service and dining experience, so were excited about Fattoria. We found it online and made a reservation for New Year’s Eve (good call, because the restaurant was packed). We were not disappointed. Not only did we receive excellent service - from the host stand to the table - but the food was amazing. We loved it so much, we made another reservation before leaving. If you’re in the area, please take the time to check it out.

Every time we visit from San Francisco we always make a point to dine at Fattoria. The service, food and host are always top notch. We enjoyed a calamari appetizer which was very light and perfectly cooked, for salad we had the sorbet goat cheese salad which sounds odd but was wonderful! Our mains included a beet root sausage pasta and a meatball with linguini. Both were fantastic. To end the meal a Affagato and the bartenders very own cherry lemoncello. Great meal all around and we look forward to coming back!

Everything was wonderful! We were a party of 4 and all of our entrees were delicious! The service was great! We will definitely return on our next visit!

We had a delicious meal. Food was outstanding and service was even better. Restaurant was great about accommodating a slight change in preservation number even over a busy holiday night . Go enjoy this place!

We had such a great time and fabulous food at Fattoria. The staff was friendly and funny and I cannot recommend the mushroom polenta and the carpaccio enough! Thank you to Rui and Steve for being a great team!
