In an old Pot Bank in the heart of a post industrial city, something is happening.
Where pots were once made, flavour is now being created.

    • Acorn pastry, oak smoked winter squash, hen of the wood, brown butter

      • Turnip ravioli, turnip & sake veloute

        • Game & barley smoked sausage, preserved red currant, parsnip sauerkraut, honey apple & fennel glaze

            • Koji duck breast, mole, mushroom garum, red cabbage

                      This is a unique and memorable dining experience. The food is top class, the setting is atmospheric. It is an evening of story-telling, reflection and the sensation of taste. While never being overbearing, the presentation of the meal causes us to reflect on our relationship with food and nature. A great evening that I think only The Potteries could provide.

                      Start to finish, it might have been the best meal I’ve ever had. Certainly the best I can recall. Was a great experience sitting in the kitchen and seeing the chefs working passionately and Kris was also a great host. We’ll be going again and taking friends this time once the menu changes. Kris even gifted my wife with a birthday card. It was just an overall great experience.
