A cosy, unique bistro set in the heart of the quintessentially British village of Ripley, serving contempory British bistro lunch plates using all local & sustainably sourced produce from our farm shop right next door.
Plates in their finest form served within a casual environment, enjoyed with a glass of hand picked (and tested!) wine.

                            We celebrated my husband's birthday. The starter was beautifully presented and tasted divine. We both had a roast mushroom wellington (pastry melted in your mouth) and beef which was cooked to perfection. Sides to share which were all very good. Wonderful place to go for lunch on a Sunday and great farm shop. Thank you for the candle and cake a nice touch.

                            Had booked for 4 but then needed a fifth seat which they fitted in with no drama. One guest has sesame allergy and this was handled perfectly. Manageress very helpful with regard to all the above. Service v good. Also we wanted to have sharing plates and she happily allowed us to mix and match. Overall a great experience.

                            Fabulous place to take family, friends or for a crafty coffee enroute Brilliant well priced food and a lovely fresh fish, meats, cheese and other Deli delights - really recommend, but don't take my word for it try for yourself and remember to book!

                            This lovely local bistro within a Farm shop is a real gem for people who live in the area. The food is excellent - beautiful presentation, excellent taste & quality. The wines available by the glass are really good. Service is really good, friendly young staff who know their food. Really impressive.
