    I’ve been to Ferraro’s a couple times and have always had an incredible food and service experience, but yesterday’s experience on my boyfriend’s birthday fell short. After waiting for 15 minutes past our reservation time, were seated at the table closest to the hostess stand and silverware station, which was very loud. There were a couple times where there were large gaps of our server not checking in throughout. There was a long period where my boyfriend didn’t have a drink. When the server finally came by after we had been finished with our meal to give us the dessert menu, he didn’t come back until close to 30 minutes for us to be able to order dessert. At this point, the restaurant was not crowded, so it felt like we were forgotten rather than our server being busy with other tables. While the hostess acknowledged my boyfriend’s birthday, the server never did, which was very disappointing. We ordered the tiramisu, and it would have nice to have brought out with a candle or written happy birthday. While the food was great, I was super disappointed with the service in general, but especially for a special occasion to go unacknowledged. This experience is not at all what I would expect from a Four Season’s restaurant.

    We had a beautiful table with awesome view of the sunset. Our waiter Trent was very attentive and helpful. Everything we had was delicious and exquisitely displayed. A great place to spend our 53 anniversary. There was a screaming, crying child that the hostess was trying to help but eventually had to ask the parents leave which was very much appreciated.

    The experience at Ferraros was exceptional as always. The service ambiance and quality of offering is world class and as good if not better than remember having dined here some many years ago. Many thanks to the exceptional team. We were treated superbly well. One of the must do dining experiences in Hawaii !!! Mahalo.

    This was such a great meal, with excellent service from Nick. Such an amazing sunset view. Food and wine were delicious. Unpretentious atmosphere. We’ll be back!

    Lemon dessert stands out as amazing and we will be back for that specifically. They were able to accomodate gluten free well, with pasta options and other options easily. Everything was very good, main portion sizes were not huge. It left room for some shared appetizers and shared dessert. Brussel sprouts appetizer was very good. Veal mail course was excellent and was the exception as it was very large. Service was excellent.

    Do not rely on the menu posted on the restaurant’s website to serve as a guide to what is offered during their “Happy Hour.” When we arrived, the menu offerings had changed WITHOUT notice. The selection was limited and outrageously overpriced.
