   Small place jam packed and it works. Really delicious food that walks the line successfully of intense flavors and yet not overpowering. A taste sensation that I will go back for more. Our little table was jammed in between a row of tables and yet it was pleasant and it felt great. It was really loud and yet still very pleasant. I really don’t understand how they pull it off all I can say is it was fantastic and I can’t wait to go back!

   Our party of 5 started our dinner by having several salads (special of the day beet salad and the Fete Salad topped with the Crispy Fried Chicken), both were plentiful and tasty. For mains, we ordered the Vitello Tonnato Salad, Grilled Cheese, Crispy Shrimp, Beef Pot Pie, and the Butternut Squash Risotto. All very tasty but we all agreed that the Risotto was the best dish. All the portions were a healthy size, too (including the salads)! If you're not that hungry, you can easily split a salad and main entree between two people and be very happy. Although the grilled cheese was raved about by a friend, I can make a similiar version easily at home, however, the housemade tomato soup was a nice touch (and I wouldn't necessarily make this at home!) The french fries with homemade ketchup was also good, but I prefer shoestring pommes frites for a truly French touch. Fete's version were more of a steak cut—therefore a "meatier" bite—than I'd prefer. All in all, a very good meal and we'd return! We preferred sitting inside, too, for the air conditioning and being away from the occasional houseless that would wander past.

   No exaggeration, one of the best meals of our lives. Ordered the Basil Caesar Salad and Chicken Liver Mousse With Toast to Share, he had the Carbonara and I had the Korean Chicken Sandwich. We shared a single scoop of their house made rocky road for dessert. Everything was excellent. Creative, high quality, well sourced ingredients, major flavor, fun textures. It was so good we came back for lunch the next day on our way to the airport. He had the Banh Mi special and I came back for the Basil Caesar with added Crispy Chicken. Another memorable meal! Fete, you’re a gem!!
