   I ordered the FinePrint Alberta Striploin medium rare and it came out almost near blue, raw at most. My partner order her steak in the surf and turf medium rare and came out perfect. So I’m confused on why mine was undercooked.

   The lobster risotto was absolutely delicious with large chunks of melt-in-your-mouth lobster. We had brussel sprouts as an appetizer and they were crispy with just a touch of sweetness. My husband had the braised short rib bourguignon and it was to die for. Everything we had was fantastic from the food to the cocktails to even the after-dinner lattes. The service was also exceptional - our server was knowledgeable about the menu and was happy to help us with recommendations. We’ll definitely be back!

   My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and we were treated to complimentary glasses of prosecco. I had the duck while my wife had the beef short rib. Both were well prepared and tasty. The starters ( tempura green beans and beet salad) were split between the two of us and there was plenty! Only one mixup when our drinks were delivered to the wrong table but otherwise a very enjoyable evening.

   Wow…what an amazing night at FinePrint! Ambience was impressive and the food was remarkable! Loved our server who was very helpful in offering advice on the menu! Bathroom felt like a lounge, which we thought was pretty cool. Overall: ambience, food and service = top notch! Excited to come back again and try more dishes!

   Great restaurant. Food is very good. Service informally very good, and it was this visit but a bit chaotic with training staff and some delays in checking in, menus, etc. Overall well worth the visit even if it is a bit pricey.

    This was our second dinner at FinePrint and we will definitely be returning regularly. Every menu item was superb. They do a great job with vegetables. Our entrees were perfectly prepared, flavourful and unique without being finicky. Don't miss the Bison Tartar. Wow. The ambiance was modern and tasteful, perfect for a date or a celebration without the loud music of so many new restaurants. But I have the say the highlight of our evening was the exceptional service. MEAGAN was truly a terrific server - knowledgeable, helpful, attentive, making great recommendation based on our tastes, upbeat and really nice without being oppressive. She is one of the best.
