Our award winning head chef Francis Martinez executes a menu that honours local producers to deliver contemporary dishes with a soft french influence. From our celebrated sablefish to the finest local beef, from small delicious snacks to robust courses, we aim to create a special experience for every guest.

The attention to detail we seek starts with our local farmers and producers and transcends to our preparation and cooking styles. From sourcing natural and organic ingredients to selecting special kindling for our wood burning Josper oven, we have a love for food and hospitality that is best when shared with our friends and guests.

    YYC Food Experience is back! Starting on March 14 to 28, 2025 FinePrint will be serving a 3-course menu that will tickle your palette and showcase the creativity of Chef Francis Martinez by giving you an insight on what FinePrint is all about. Choose from our famous tempura green beans or a chickory salad, then move on to either a Miso Salmon or an open faced steak sandwich, then finish off with a delectable chocolate mousse. This 3-course menu is available Monday to Friday from 11:00am to 1:30pm. $35**

    YYC Food Experience is back! Starting on March 14 to 30, 2025 FinePrint will be serving a 5-course menu that will tickle your palette and showcase the creativity of Chef Francis Martinez by giving you an insight on what FinePrint is all about. Start with a butternut squash humus for your first course, then to a balsamic and fig glazed lamb skewer, then to a cacio e pepe, to your 4th course of chicken schnitzel served with chicory greens and lemon caper vinaigrette. Then ending with a lemon pavlova This 5-course menu is available Monday to Saturday from 5:00pm to 9:00pmpm. $75**

    Join us for an evening of food and wine on March 25, 2025 at 6:30pm. FinePrint meets Mark Klevinas for Tenuta del Mondo. In his role at Tenute Del Mondo, Mark spearheads the strategic direction for renowned wineries such as Achaval Ferrer (Mendoza, Argentina) and Arinzano (Pago de Arinzano, Spain). Our very own Executive Chef, Francis Martinez; will curate a 5 course dinner that will surely bring fresh flavors that would pair excellently with the Archaval wines that Mark will be serving. Seats are limited so book your spot now. This 5 course wine dinner is at $175 /guest. WE HAVE JUST 4 MORE SEATS AVAILABLE.

              Lovely inviting atmosphere and fantastic YYCEXP lunch experience. Highlight: the chicory salad was surprising (in a good way) and so refreshing. Service professional and friendly but not fussy. Will return to try other menu and cocktail items. Thanks to head chef Francis Martinez and team.

              Went here on a date night, and it was absolutely outstanding. We shared the Scallops, Brussel Sprouts, Sablefish, Duck, and the Eggnog Gateaux. All dishes were probably some of the best I have ever tried! The cocktails are also amazing. There are so many amazing ones to try. I had the headline cocktail which was very tastey, I'll definitely have to come back to try more soon !

              Sadly this was less than great. The beet salad was lovely. Two guests had gnocchi and it was in need of both salt and pepper. Neither were on the table or offered by our server. The branzino was greasy and while recommend by our server. I’m not sure why. I Would not recommend.

              Incredible food, beautiful restaurant and it wasn’t too large so it felt intimate. It was a lovely spot to celebrate a birthday.

              Great service from Megan, very fun and cheerful. We had the whipped brie and honey toast as an appetizer and it didn't disappoint, sweet and savory notes with every bite. For the main course we had the brome lake duck and the braised short rib. The star of the duck dish was the confit, extremely succulent. The braised short rib was so tender you could cut it with a fork, loved every bite of it. For dessert we had the bread pudding but it lacked in what bread pudding should be which is soft and comforting. Overall though, we had a great dining experience and would recommend it for any occasion.
