Fiorenza was founded on December 1st of 2012 by Roberto Persi, the original chef of Toscana in Italy, and his wife Fiorenza in the suburbs of San José del Cabo. After two years they changed their headquarters to the touristic zone in San José. Thanks to the great service and the wonderful taste of the authentic Italian food the place has been a complete success.

    Fiorenza was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious and the staff was top notch. This restaurant was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint.

    Our dinner with our guests was outstanding! On a negative aspect there were too many waiters assisting the waiter that took our dinner order! There was multiple errors sorting our salad order ! The food was exceptionally good

    I recommend very highly. Pastas never disappoint. Salads are fresh & dressed nicely with homemade dressings. Had a beets salad last evening. Fresh with a nice light dressing. Lasagna top notch. Pizzas are good if you like a very thin crispy crust. Again super fresh vegetable toppings like mushrooms and onions. Finally, price is a real bargain. My fave Italian when in Cabo.

    This is our favorite restaurant in San Jose Del Cabo. Good wine, great pasta and amazing service! We’ve brought many couples with us here. Maybe twice a eeek when we stay locally.

    Wonderful food- well prepared and very fresh. The homemade pasta was great in the bolognese and the buterra. The pizza was thin crust and perfectly seasoned. Will definitely be back

    This is our 2nd day in the row going back got dinner cause we had a good first experience. Unfortunately this time the beet salad has mostly lettuce and not enough beets compared to the first one that we had the night before. Pasta was not cooked through, have to return food back and order is still wrong. Very disappointed the second time around.

    Reservations for 16 adults!! They were accommodating and kind. Sometimes in a large group that is not the case. The food was really good. Will return next time we are in SJD! The pizza was amazing!!

    This is one of our favorite restaurants in San Jose. The food, the service, the ambience...everything is excellent. As with everything else these days, the prices have risen. We'll return. Oh, easiest parking in town!
